ASPA 2026


The Adventist Student Personnel Association invites you to join us for our annual conference from March 15-19, 2026.  This year our conference will take place at Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama.

Our theme is "Forming Identity in Christ: Meeting Students Where They Are!"  We are working hard to create a schedule that will allow you to spiritually recharge and grow both spiritually and professionally.  We hope you will be able to join us!

A block of 20 rooms has been reserved for ASPA 2026 at the group rate of $165.00 per night.

ASPA attendees are welcome to book accommodations anywhere in Huntsville, AL. However, please note that a major military conference will be taking place in the city during the same time as ASPA 2026, which may limit room availability.

*SpringHill Suites by Marriott will provide a vegetarian breakfast option for ASPA 2026 guests.


Note:
 Check-in time for SpringHill Suites by Marriott guests is 4:00 p.m.


Academy Personnel Room Details:

Oakwood University will cover 14 rooms (each with 2 queen beds)—accommodating up to 28 people—for Academy Personnel on a first come, first served basis.
