ASPA 2024

The Adventist Student Personnel Association invites you to join us for our annual conference from March 3-7, 2024.  This year our conference will take place at the Camp Kulaqua Retreat & Conference Center in High Springs, Florida.  

Our theme is "Be Rooted in Him...and Grow!"  We have been working hard to create a schedule that will allow you to spiritually recharge and grow both spiritually and professionally.  We hope you will be able to join us!

Sunday, March 3:  Arrival and Check-in from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Camp Kulaqua  

Thursday, March 7:  Check-out will be Thursday morning, no later than 9 am

Please submit one application per person. You must pay at the time of application submission.

Each application is valid for only ONE person. Please have each attendee submit their own application (spouses included). Note: If you have a spouse and/or children who will be eating meals with the conference attendees but not attending any of the conference programs, there is a place on this application to indicate their attendance for meals only.

$450 - College/University Personnel

$375 - Academy Personnel

Housing is available on-site.  It is recommended that all attendees stay at Camp Kulaqua for the conference.  Housing costs (double occupancy) are included in the conference fees for Academy personnel.  College/University personnel (private room or double occupancy) should indicate the type of lodging they would like in their registration.
